Tonight was the 70th Cubs game I have attended this season – by far the most I have attended for any single team in one season.  By the end of the home stand, I should have attended 75 Cubs games this season as I am not planning to miss any games.

Tonight was the fourth 1-0 game I have witnessed at Wrigley Field this season and my 17th 1-0 game overall – of course the Cubs lost to the Giants.  I am not sure why there is an increase in 1-0 games this season.  In fact, it was the 57th 1-0 game in MLB this season compared to 36 in 2009 and 38 in 2008.

The game was delayed by rain for an hour and 11 minutes keeping me in my house.
