The Cubs game was delayed for 74 minutes before the first pitch which gave Ashvin Lad and I time to go to Irish Oak before the game. Irish Oak is the only Irish pub in Wrigleyville and during a cold, rainy day is the perfect bar.

Today’s game was miserable all the way around. The game time temperature was 41 degrees, the Dodgers scored 6 runs in the top of the 3rd on their way to an 8-0 lead, and the game did not end until nearly 6 pm. Needless to say the Dodgers won 12-2 on a day I’m sure the Cubs wish they had postponed.
