However, this season I am attempting a rare feat of attending at least 70 Chicago Cubs home games, so with the party starting at 5 pm, I knew I could attend the first hour and still make it in time for the game. Plus, who actually wants to hang out with their co-workers very long anyway.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Beg, Borrow and Deal<\/span><br \/>\nI gave away my tickets to a friend thinking I would be attending the party, but with my change of plans I now had to buy tickets. We bought two tickets for $20 each (face value was $40.32 each). Not my best work, but I wanted to get into the game so we were not too late.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Milwaukee Brewers at Chicago Cubs<\/span><br \/>\nThis game was much better than last night\u2019s but the Cubs still lost 4-3. Thomas Diamond became only the second pitcher in Cubs history to strike out 10 in the major league debut.
