Marmol walked five in route to a four-run ninth inning for the Phillies. However, the Cubs would have won if Soto held onto Tyler Colvin\u2019s solid throw from left field. The throw beat Brian Schneider but Soto\u2019s drop allowed Schneider to score.<\/p>\n<p>The Cubs would have still needed to win tomorrow for the four-game sweep. But this would have only been the second time I witnessed a team win the first three games of a four-game series. The only time I have seen that was in 2001 when the San Francisco Giants won the first three games versus the San Diego Padres only to lose game four on a Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Beg, Borrow and Deal<\/span><br \/>\nOnce again I needed to buy a ticket for this game. As usual I chose to buy my ticket from scalpers outside of Wrigley Field.
